This Privacy Policy describes how Arcaiuz ("Developer") collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through the use of Arcaiuz Values ("Bot"). By using the Bot, you consent to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using Arcaiuz Values.

1. Information We Collect

We collect user information such as Discord usernames, user IDs, and avatars. Server data, including server IDs, names, and roles, is also gathered to ensure proper functionality. Interaction data, such as commands executed, trading history, and usage statistics, is recorded to improve bot performance. Additionally, streaks and leaderboard participation are tracked through user messages. If users vote for the bot on Top.gg, we collect voting data for reward purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used to provide and enhance bot services, track and store item values, facilitate trades, and maintain leaderboard rankings. We use this data to detect fraudulent activities, ensure security, and optimize the user experience. Automated messages, updates, and bot-related announcements are sent based on user interactions.

3. Data Storage & Retention

All data is securely stored and protected. Item values, trade history, and user interactions are retained indefinitely for analytics purposes. Streak and leaderboard data remain until manually removed or reset. Users may request the deletion of their data through a server administrator.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Arcaiuz does not sell or share personally identifiable data. However, we may share aggregated, non-personal data with trusted partners to improve bot functionality. Third-party services are used for hosting and analytics purposes.

5. Security

Security measures are in place to protect user data. However, no security system is infallible. Users are responsible for their safe interaction with the bot and should exercise caution when sharing personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

Arcaiuz Values is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.

7. Changes to This Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using Arcaiuz Values means you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service. Violations may result in restrictions or bans from using the bot.

2. Usage Guidelines

Arcaiuz Values is designed for non-commercial use within Discord servers. Misuse, exploitation, or manipulation of bot functions is strictly prohibited. Users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service. Excessive spamming or command abuse that disrupts bot functionality is not allowed.

3. Trade & Value Calculations

The bot provides estimated item values, which are subject to market fluctuations. Accuracy is not guaranteed, and users should conduct their own trade assessments before proceeding.

4. Streaks & Leaderboards

Users must send at least one message daily (based on UTC time) to maintain streaks. If a day is missed, the streak resets to zero. Streak restoration is available through Top.gg voting.

5. Data Collection & Retention

User and server data are collected as detailed in the Privacy Policy. This data is used for tracking leaderboard standings, improving bot performance, and trade analysis. Users can request data removal through server administrators.

6. Prohibited Activities

Manipulating trade values, engaging in fraudulent activities, harassing other users, or violating Discord’s Community Guidelines will result in enforcement actions.

7. Account Suspension & Ban

Users who violate these terms may be subject to temporary or permanent bans. Severe violations may lead to complete access restriction. Server administrators are responsible for configuring bot permissions in their servers.

8. Intellectual Property & Copying Restrictions

Arcaiuz Values and all related components, including but not limited to its code, commands, designs, branding, and features, are the exclusive property of Arcaiuz. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or replication of any part of the bot is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to replicate, rebrand, or redistribute Arcaiuz Values or its functionality without explicit written consent from Arcaiuz may result in legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Arcaiuz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roblox.com, or the creators of the games that we support values from which are Blox Fruits, Anime Adventures, Fisch, Pet Simulator 99, Pets Go, Adopt Me, or Murder Mystery 2. All in-game assets, trademarks, and intellectual property related to these games belong to their respective owners. Arcaiuz Values operates independently and solely provides third-party value estimation and trade analysis services.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Arcaiuz Values is provided "as is" without warranties. The developers are not liable for trade losses, inaccuracies, or server disputes. Bot uptime is not guaranteed, and features may be modified without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms
